Returns & Refunds

We want you and your dog to be happy with your Noble Tails purchase.

Returns
If you change your mind about your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return.

Items should be returned unused, in their original condition and, where possible, in their original packaging.

Faulty or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photographs of the issue. We’ll work with you to resolve the problem.

Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll process any approved refund back to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
